At Flibirta, we do understand the fact that things just don't go according to plan and one has to cancel or change their travel plans sometimes. For this, our cancellation policy is made as simple and transparent as possible, considering the needs of our travelers and logistically organizing your tour. Please read these terms cautiously.

Customer Cancellation

If you cancel your confirmed tour, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at [email protected]. By being informed well in advance of your scheduled departure date, we can minimize the disruption that cancellation causes to the company; however, certain cancellation fees may apply depending on how long prior to the scheduled departure date that you are canceling.

  • More than 14 days before departure: Full refund of any deposit paid.
  • 7 to 14 days prior to your trip commencement date: The tour operator can charge a cancellation fee of 50% of your deposit.
  • 7 days or less before your trip commences: Oh well, the deposit is non-refundable.

Important note: Once the tour starts, it is not possible to cancel or drop out of the tour. It is therefore prudent that all our clients scrutinize travel arrangements cautiously before finalizing any bookings.

Flibirta cancels

There are events, such as severe weather or an increased risk of danger, where we might have to cancel or reschedule a tour. In this event, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you alternative options. You would be entitled to full reimbursement of payments made if your trip couldn't be rescheduled to your satisfaction.

Changes and Rescheduling

If you need to change your booking, e.g., change dates or destinations, just send us an email at [email protected]. We try to accept amendments but sometimes are subject to availability and other reasons. Charges apply accordingly to the change requested.
