Booking and Payment

All information provided during registration for a tour or travel experience with Flibirta shall be both complete and accurate. To confirm your booking, you would have paid cash at the time of confirmation, a 50% deposit of the total cost of the tour. This secures your place. The balance of 50% of the cost is to be paid in cash prior to your journey.

We do not accept any payment mode other than cash yet and do not support other payment modes for now.

Cancellation and Alterations in Itinerary

We know that anything can happen, so if you wish to adjust or cancel your tour with us, kindly write to www.flibirta.com immediately. We would help with available options, and any extra cost you might incur will be debited accordingly. Sometimes, there would be charges for cancellations made nearer to the tour date. Charges were applied in line with the timing and circumstances; they can vary. We can work this out with you so that the process runs smoothly, though we might not be able to refund any amounts after a certain point.

Travel Documents

The travel documents, including passports and visas, among others, should be valid and up to date for the demands of every visitor. Travel documents are also invalid and incomplete if not met; hence, Flibirta will not be responsible for your travel plans when documents are not ready. Please, check the requirements on both your departure and destination places.

Service Changes and Availability

Although we make every effort to conduct the tours as described, on occasion adjustments may be necessary in accommodations, transportation, or other aspects of the tour. They can be outside our control - for example, due to weather, or just not available by the provider. Flibirta will adjust as circumstances dictate and keep you informed of those of significance at least two weeks ahead.

Liability and Third-Party Services

Some aspects of your trip are provided by third-party providers. While we offer great attention to vet third-party providers, we cannot accept responsibility for their acts or omissions, or service standards. Your arrangements with such providers are made at your risk, and any complaints must be taken up directly with them.

Safety and Conduct of Clients

You, as a tourist, have the mental faculties to think of the laws and customs of the places you visit. Flibirta cannot be liable for the smallest harm, loss, or injury that may result from your visit. In addition, we would advise you to be informed and act by guidelines and rules applicable to your destination so as not to inconvenience yourself or others.

All the text and pictures published on www.flibirta.com and any other material published on this site are owned by Flibirta. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any portion of our website content in any medium without first obtaining our written consent.
